My name is Samuel Heiner and most everyone calls me Sam. I am majoring in DGET and plan on getting my Masters and PE. I currently work for Gardner Engineering, a Civil Company located behind Ogden Regional. This has been a great job to start my experience in the engineering field. Summer was to short and now here starts school again. ugh! But thats college life, no time for anything but work, school, eat and sleep (and little of that sometimes).

Hi, I am working on a B.I.S. degree, it includes, manufacturing Engineering Technology, Design Graphics Engineering Technology and (English) Professional & Technical Writing. I have been working full time with Westinghouse Electric Company and attending Weber State University. I have been with Westighouse for 28 years and with Weber State since August 2001 - I have only taken off a couple summers (from school) since I started. This semester I have 12 credit hours and next semester I plan on 9. I hope I can keep it up. I hope to get to know some of you this semester.
Darrell (nontraditional student!)

Hey, it's Adam Miya I'm a DGET student. I'm finishing up my junior year this semester. I work for Great Basin Engineering as a designer we are the Engineering company that did just about all of the civil engineering for all of the construction that happening around campus right now (don't blame me for any of that mess). We are also doing all of the civil engineering for the 550 acre development on the west side of HAFB, hopefully we'll break ground this summer. So, I'm very busy between my job and school. One day I'd like to grow up and become a Lego engineer :-)

My major is Botany and my minor is DGET. I work for the USU extension office and for Box Elder County. I will be graduating this fall and am taking 18 credits, so if I seem distracted or overwhelmed, then that's the main reason.

I'm Nikole Petty, and like most of you; I am a DGET student. I work at Parker Aerospace full time as a Design Drafter. I also work at The City Club in downtown Ogden on the weekends as a means of superfluous spending $$$.
Work and school absorb most of my waking hours, with the exception of a few that may be spent dinking wine and playing golf.
My intentions are to finish school in order to only have one job. I’d like to gather enough engineering experience (while in school) to land a tech savvy business position… Preferably, one where much travel is required; providing me an opportunity to see the world.

Hi, my name is Millie Allred. I am also a DGET student with the hope of becoming an architectural designer some day. I work for Costco, which has nothing to do with design graphics, but they pay almost as well, so its hard to leave. I was born and raised in Utah and hope I never have to leave, love the mountains, love the cold, love the snow! :)

My name is Rob Ostermiller. I am majoring in DGET with a Spanish minor. I own my own Handyman company and try to earn a living with my wife Lisa. I love architecture, design, and construction. I play the tuba for the WSU Wind Ensemble and look forward to our trip to New York to play in Carnegie Hall this spring.

Heyo -- My name is Abby Jayne. I am a DGET major with a focus in Architecture and will be attending UofU's 3plus program to acquire my masters in Architecture. From there I plan to move back to my home state of California and set up my own firm. I absolutely adore long boarding, and also enjoy bouldering, snowboarding, hiking, camping, beach combing and sculpting, and miss California like crazy. My pet peeves are Utah drivers and white people referring to California as "Cali"

Hi, my name is Candy Miller. I am a DGET major with an interest in Architecture. I enjoy learning, but it’s the homework and tests I could do without. ;) I was a full time mom and now I am a full time student. WSU considers me to be in my senior year, but I sill have five semesters before I can graduate. One of my favorite vacation spots is Hawaii.

My name is Adam Ball. I'm a DGET major however i plan on getting my masters in MFET. I'm on the track team here at Weber. School and Track take up alot of my time. But when i'm not running around the track or the mountains or doing homework i'm with my wife and two pitbulls. Yes bitbulls, they are the best dogs ever, not aggressive at all and they are beautiful. You can check out some pics on facebook if you want.
